Open Positions
All roles are based in Kolkata, India. Remote/hybrid considered for senior positions.
Flutter Developer
Build cross-platform mobile apps (iOS + Android) using Flutter/Dart. You'll work directly on client-facing apps used by tens of thousands of users, owning features from design brief to App Store release.
React / Next.js Developer
Build and maintain web platforms, SaaS dashboards, and ecommerce frontends. Strong component architecture skills required. Experience with TypeScript and Tailwind a big plus.
Backend Developer (Node.js / Python)
Design and build scalable APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for client products. Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS/GCP, and REST/GraphQL API design required.
UI/UX Designer
Own the design process from user research to final Figma handoff. You'll design mobile apps, web platforms, and landing pages — always with conversion and usability in mind.
SEO Specialist
Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for 10+ client accounts. Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Core Web Vitals required. Local SEO experience a plus.
Performance Marketing Manager
Run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client verticals. Own budgets from ₹2L–₹20L/month, manage creative testing, optimise funnels, and report on ROAS weekly.
Project Manager
Coordinate delivery across engineering, design, and marketing for 4–6 concurrent client projects. Own timelines, client communications, and sprint planning. Agile/Scrum experience required.
SEO Content Writer
Write long-form SEO articles, case studies, landing page copy, and resource guides for Vxplore and our clients. Strong command of English and understanding of search intent required.

30-minute video call with our hiring lead. We cover your background, what you're looking for, and what the role actually involves.
Task / Interview
A small, paid task or technical interview relevant to the role. Takes 1–3 hours. We assess problem-solving, not pattern-matching.
Offer
Final conversation with Vikash (CEO). If it's a fit on both sides, you'll have an offer letter within 48 hours.
