As a successful candidate you will:

• Attend creative design consult and kick off meetings.
• Design innovative and creative website mockups that adhere to the client’s brand requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to keep abreast of innovative design trends and technologies.
• Work well with a team to ensure all work is delivered within the established scope with the goal of happy client in mind
• Highly motivated and Self-Managed
• High emphasis on customer service and quality
• Have common sense and be driven
• Be willing to answer late night calls when needed (within reason of course)
• Extremely Detail Oriented!! You should be able to notice and fix an issue on the website before the client does

Professional Skills

• 4 year or higher college degree completed
• Strong skills in Creative Web Design and Mockups
• Strong skills in HTML / Javascript / CSS / PHP / jQuery
• Expert at using the Adobe Design Suite
• Mobile Browser Compatible Web design experience
• Front-end User Interface design and development skills
• Highly skilled in cross browser compatibility development, testing and QA
• Flash and Action Script

Preferred but not required skills

• Joomla CMS / Pinnacle Cart
• ASP.NET / SQL server
• SEO / Google Analytics (medium to advanced level)
